First experience in business

  I was born in the 1990s and have spent most of my career in the LED industry. My entrepreneurial journey started early, and like many young dreamers, I had big ambitions. I started my first business with a close friend and we devoted ourselves to product development. We designed and produced original chandelier styles, each one more innovative than the last. We were convinced that good products speak for themselves "good wine doesn't need to be poured". But soon we failed, Cuz good product is a waste product if it is not sold, but in this venture we gained the ability to develop our products, Which was proven in the beginning!

Second business experience

 That failure only fueled my determination to try again. In my second attempt, I took a different approach. I learned from my mistakes and focused on sales . I invested heavily in advertising, using platforms like Alibaba and other big online marketplaces. Without large orders upfront, suppliers were reluctant to support me, so I stocked up on finished products with my own money. I worked tirelessly to sell them, and eventually, the products took off.

 But success was fleeting. Once the factories saw how well my products were doing, they started selling directly on the same platforms, cutting me out of the equation. Without their supply and lacking fresh products, my business gradually declined. On top of that, the third-party platforms took most of my profits. Once again, I found myself facing failure

Third business venture

 This time, I approached it differently. I built my own factory, launched my own website, and took full control over both the supply chain and the market. I no longer wanted to rely on anyone else. Now, this venture isn't just for me. It's for every young dreamer out there, those who, like me, have faced failure but still believe in something greater. My goal is to create something lasting, something meaningful, and to inspire others to chase their dreams no matter how many times they fall
